Each project will be assigned to a Project Manager by the Strategic Manager. Every PM gets to assign team members according to the scope of the project. The Strategic Manager will oversee all activities, feedbacks and reports handed by the PM. The Strategic will be in a direct contact with the clients during the project timeline updates.

Once the agreement contract is signed by the client and the budget that both parties agreed on is received, usually it will take from 3 to 5 business days to plan and set the deliverables needed for every phase of the project and assign the project team to scale the roadmap for the overall project.

Project timeline and deliver date is usually discussed and agreed on during the discussion step (1st step). If the client is in a hurry, then we will be so clear on either accepting or declining the project or agreeing on delivering the project in time accepted by the client.

During the project timeline, clients is required to give a feedback on several steps and phases. unable to give a feedback on time will result a delay on when we must start the new step or phase which it will effect the overall project timeline and deliver date.

We carry each project and clients demands over a friendly environment which it will feel as if its an ongoing discussion over one topic (the client project). We will need every clients to be attentive and supportive with their on time feedback to ensure delivering the project on time and as discussed.

We involve each client throughout the project phases to allow more visibility during each step delivers and allow or any suggestion.
